To become an innovative enterprise management system for small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises in China and Germany by sharing practical application cases and providing gradual application norms and implementation guidance.
Mission
· Help SME with manufacturing plants to understand the potential of becoming a Smart Factory and ways of implementation.
· Develop an open Application Guideline with the cross functional core team and some chosen plants to actively support the realization.
· Organize related events and workshops for sharing applications, experiences and show cases (1 big conference per year, workshops / Walk-the-plant events).
· Create a network of Universities, Companies and Organizations with relevant Know-how in the three areas of competences.
· Support to find partnerships for joint implementation of solutions towards a Smart Factory.
